Full-Time We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Director to join our team. As the Maintenance Director , you will oversee the facility’s maintenance operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff.

Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all maintenance activities within the facility. Ensure the building is in compliance with safety regulations and codes. Perform regular inspections and repairs on the facility’s equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed. Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Maintenance Director Qualifications:

Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations calmly and efficiently. Excellent communication skills.
