Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor ESW Group Montgomeryville, PA 18936 Marketing Statement ESW Group consists of Skyline Emissions, Inc., and ESW America Inc. While Skyline Emissions is focused on developing, manufacturing, and marketing aftermarket emission control products for on -road heavy-duty trucks, ESW America provides performance, on-board diagnostic (OBD) and emissions testing of engines and vehicles for leading original equipment manufacturers. Job Summary The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor is responsible for performing building and equipment maintenance tasks. This position is charge of making sure equipment meets all safety regulations and requirements. The employee must possess broad ranging skills with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Essential Duties & Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Perform repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and correct them Maintain critical spare parts inventory and tooling Oversee and schedule contractors when professional repairs are necessary Follow state and company safety regulations and rules Manage Preventative Maintenance Log Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed Complete all work orders on a timely basis Ensures electrical systems and equipment operate efficiently and safely Job Skills Strong mechanical capabilities Ability to understand, review, and analyze functional descriptions, instrumentation diagrams, manuals blueprints, and interpret PLC ladder logic. Experience with low and medium voltage distribution systems (24VDC to 480VDC). Understanding of advanced automation control systems, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, motor control systems, PLCs, and electrical circuits. Team player with a great attitude toward helping ESW and Skyline Emissions meet its business objectives Knowledge and understanding of mechanical equipment and repairs Willingness to follow OSHA requirements and company safety policies Strong track record of attendance and dependability Self-starter and self-disciplined in accomplishing tasks Flexibility to respond and handle on call emergencies Proficient in use of Microsoft applications and maintenance planning systems Job Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required/Preferred Education and Experience Required Experience:

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Required Education:

Associate degree in technical field; or five years related experience and/or training

Preferred Education:

Work Environment This job operates in a manufacturing facility environment, with industrial equipment. Noise levels fluctuate from moderate to high. While performing duties of this job, the employee must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This PPE will vary based upon type of work performed but often will include safety glasses and protective clothing. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and includes an unpaid lunch break of thirty (30) minutes. On-call hours for maintenance issues as needed. Travel Regular travel during the work day may be required between facility locations, approximately 1 mile apart.
