Overview:
Join our team as an Automotive Service Manager at W&L Nissan, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional automotive services and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic individual with expertise in auto service management, automotive diagnostics, sales, customer service, and more to lead our service department.
Duties:
Operate the Service Department at maximum production, controlling costs, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales objectives, while ensuring a customer experience that meets or exceeds standard customer satisfaction. Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems to specification. Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests. Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques. Works with Fixed Ops Director forecasting goals and objectives to meet them. Monitors technicians’ daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records. Able to guide technicians when needed on repairs and vehicle diagnostics. Assist Fixed Ops Director and store General Manager with day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Prior experience leading, motivating employees on quality and policy and procedure administration/implementation. Demonstrated history improving facility sales while also retaining customers loyalty to the shop. Previous industry knowledge of overall operations. Team oriented. Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. This position offers competitive compensation based on experience.
