The ideal candidate will have a strong background in segmental blockand equipment operation, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. This role is essential for creating durable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces that meet client specifications. Duties Construct segmental retaining walls using various materials, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to design specifications. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist in the excavation, grading, and installation processes. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately build according to project requirements. Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials as needed. Ensure all work is plumb and level, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in construction estimating by providing input on material quantities and labor needs for upcoming projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are stored properly after use. Skills Proficient in heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety practices. Strong masonry skills with experience in building retaining walls and other hardscape features. Familiarity with construction estimating processes to assist in project planning. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively for accurate project execution.

Grading and Drainage Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in land/hardscape industry Must have a valid drivers license and meet background requirements Irrigation Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not plate compactor, garden tractor, roller, skid steer, excavator, power tools, hand tools, and small scale shop maintenance equipment (grease gun, grinder, drill press, saw, etc.).
