Service Technician 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Acton, MA 01720 Job Summary Provide service and customer support on phone and on site
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with technical team at Manufacturer location in Europe
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Prepare and submit reports about repair activities done both in-warranty and out-of warranty equipment
- Any activity related to service and technical support , included tutorials and trainings
- Build positive relationships with customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic industrial/mechanical knowledge (preferably in the hydraulic sector)
- Available to travel to Europe for technical trainings and within the US region for machine installations
- Located in MA
- 3 +years working experience in maintenance or technical dept
- Like challenges; willing to grow with the company; like team work Mechanical skills and result-oriented attitude are indispensable prerequisites.
