Cell phone & Electronics Repair Technician – uBreakiFix uBreakiFix by Asurion King of Prussia Wayne, PA 19087 As a Tech Repair Expert at uBreakiFix, you will play a crucial role in helping customers maximize their technology usage and stay connected through effective repairs and solutions. Our mission is to provide simple, helpful advice and assistance to fix any technology issues, ensuring that customers can quickly get replacements or repairs for their devices. You will be part of a dedicated team of consumer electronics technicians who are passionate about troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of devices, including computers, tablets, and cellphones. Your role will involve not only repairing devices but also building long-lasting relationships with customers by delivering award-winning, personalized experiences. In this position, you will work inside a retail store, serving as the face of Asurion. Your responsibilities will include repairing various electronic devices efficiently and accurately, providing customers with solutions through our in-store services and Asurion connected home products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will be expected to keep accurate records of parts and materials used during repairs and to meet performance objectives by delivering timely repairs and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Repair a variety of electronic devices including smartphones, tablets, and computers. Provide customers with solutions through in-store services and Asurion connected home products. Repair devices in a quick and efficient manner. Keep accurate records of parts and materials during repairs. Maintain a tidy and clean work area at all times. Achieve goals by performing timely repairs and providing excellent service. Requirements One or more years of customer service and/or repair experience. Knowledge of mobile devices, computers, and operating systems. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions. A willingness to learn new technologies. Reliable and flexible when dealing with difficult situations. Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Nice-to-haves Experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting. Driver’s License (Preferred).
