• Marine Repair Technician Brunswick Corporation 10975 Hughey Kimal Drive, Venice, FL 34292 Overview Freedom Boat Club is currently looking to add an Experienced Marine Tech to our Venice, FL location.

The ideal candidate for this position would possess knowledge and experience in metal fabrication and fitment, as well as experience in the construction process of new product mold tooling. This knowledge and experience would cover aspects of tooling mold construction, steel bracing, and welding. These molds include but are not limited to hulls, liners, decks, small parts, fixtures, and other production support equipment. Work Experience

• Certified in Yamaha or Mercury is a plus
• Must have knowledge of 12v electrical, rigging, and outboard diagnostics
• Fiberglass repair a plus
• Boating experience in and around boats is preferred
• Know how to work safely in a shop environment, maintain a clean work environment and adhere to required safety policies
• Know how to maneuver a boat and trailer Other Requirements
• Must be a team player
• Must be a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised
• Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity
• Good attention to detail
• High School degree
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass a background and drug screening The pay range for this position is starts at $23.

00 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program.
