Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive service. This role involves performing tire installations, repairs, and maintenance at customer locations while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You’ll work independently in a dynamic environment, utilizing your expertise in vehicle maintenance to provide exceptional mobile service.

Position Details:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Starting pay: $15.50 per hour plus tips Full-time position with consistent schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Drive company Sprinter van to customer locations safely and professionally Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and accurately Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage Utilize power tools and mobile equipment safely to complete tire service tasks Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations on tire products Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify potential issues related to tires and vehicle performance Maintain clean and organized mobile service equipment and van Complete accurate service documentation for each customer visit

Requirements & Experience:

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to operate a Sprinter van safely and with care Previous experience as a Tire Technician or in similar automotive service role preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and use of power tools Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during tire installations and repairs Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and locations Excellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service Strong work ethic and reliability Sales background is a plus for recommending additional services or products
