The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machinery and the ability to operate and maintain various types of CNC equipment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality control in the production process. The CNC Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and drawings. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints, ensuring adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Utilize CAM programming software to optimize machining processes. Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process. Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, including logic controllers and machining techniques. Familiarity with CAM programming and GD&T principles is highly desirable. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes. Experience with materials handling and warehouse operations is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the manufacturing sector.
