Join our team in Largo, FL, as a Swiss Machining Expert. With your adept CNC programming skills, you will be instrumental in producing top-notch precision parts and advancing our technological capabilities.
What You’ll Do:
Masterfully craft and refine CNC programs for Swiss lathes, ensuring top-tier production quality. Skillfully set up and maneuver CNC machines, focusing on excellent tool selection and precise calibration. Work alongside our engineering and production teams to address and solve machining challenges. Vigilantly inspect machined components to certify they meet the highest standards. Inspire and educate junior team members, sharing best practices and advanced techniques. Diligently document changes and processes, ensuring clear records of programming and production activities. Keep pace with advancements in CNC tech, consistently updating your knowledge base.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Swiss Programmer or Set-Up Machinist. Proficient with Citizen and Tsugami machines; experience with Esprit-CAM is a plus. Solid grasp of ISO standards such as
ISO 9001
2015 and
ISO 13485
2016. Experience in R D and NPI is advantageous.
