Goldsmith Baribault Jewelers 81 Rankin Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033 Are you a skilled Goldsmith looking to join a dynamic and friendly team? Baribault Jewelers is seeking a motivated and growth-minded individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry to become a valued member of our repair shop team. This part-time position offers the flexibility of working 3 days per week, with opportunities for additional hours during the busy holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality goldsmithing and bench jewelry work, including stone setting and working with all precious metals and gemstones. Collaborate closely with team members in a fast-paced luxury environment, providing assistance and support to sales staff and other colleagues. Engage creatively with customers and team members to fulfill in-shop custom jewelry requests. Utilize the Gellar book for quoting and learning shop jobs efficiently. Maintain an organized workspace and demonstrate attention to detail in all tasks. Stay open to training and adopt new skills, including laser techniques if applicable.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Goldsmith or Bench Jeweler. Strong teamwork skills and a positive, friendly demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused mindset. A proactive approach to learning and professional development.
