• Skilled trades are thriving here What You’ll Do Set up and produce components using CNC machines and manual lathes, mills, and grinders Read and interpret technical blueprints from CAD Files Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards Perform preventative maintenance on tool room equipment Record production data in ERP systems Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace Collaborate with team members and train others on CNC operations What You Bring 2+ years of machining or toolroom experience as a Journeyman (e.

g., Tool & Die Maker, Mold Maker, Pattern Maker) Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Experience setting up and operating manual and CNC lathes High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman-level education is a plus A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required) Bonus Points for Knowledge of GD&T Spanish language skills
