Role Overview:

BEPC is actively seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to join our client’s team in Charlotte, NC. This first-shift role involves hands-on assembly and maintenance of electronic components and mechanical equipment. If you have a background in electronics, are comfortable working with small parts using tools like tweezers, and are eager to cross-train in new areas, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, maintain, and test small electronic and mechanical components. Use tools such as tweezers to work with miniature parts. Identify faulty equipment or components and facilitate replacements or repairs. Operate under general supervision while following standard procedures. Assist in ordering parts and maintaining workstations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. 1 to 1.5 years of experience in electronics assembly or a related technical role. Comfortable working with small components and hand tools. Willingness to cross-train across related functions. Basic computer skills and technical aptitude are essential. Electronics background preferred (including tech school or relevant vocational training).
