Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Roll Former Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating roll forming machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to work with precision instruments. The Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and safety within the production environment. Duties

• Operate roll forming machinery and other equipment to produce components according to specifications.
• Assemble parts and components with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality meets established standards.
• Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Installing and adjusting roller dies, setting machine parameters (speed, pressure, etc.), and ensuring proper alignment.
• Continuously observing the Machine’s operation and the material as it is being formed, making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring proper and safe loading of metal coils
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Performing routine maintenance on the machine, such as lubricating parts and cleaning. Experience
• Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembling parts or components.
• Familiarity with roll former machines is preferred.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
• Basic math skills are necessary for performing calculations related to measurements and production tasks.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
