We’re looking for a Slitting Operator to join our production team and take ownership of cutting materials to exact specifications using advanced slitting machines. What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate slitting machines according to job specifications Monitor production to ensure accurate cuts and proper material alignment Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Adjust machine settings to optimize efficiency and minimize waste Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator (slitting, coating, laminating, or similar) High school diploma or equivalent required Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to read job orders, specifications, and measurement tools Focused on quality, safety, and attention to detail Experience with slitting or similar machinery preferred

Work Environment:
