Temp-to-Hire Pay:

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience) We’re seeking detail-oriented Deburr Operators to join a precision manufacturing team in Clifton Springs, NY . This is a great opportunity for hands-on work in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Shifts Available:

1st

Shift:

6:00 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM 2nd

Shift :

2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Training 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Training on 1st or 2nd Shift)

What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate grinding, cutting, polishing, and related equipment to remove burrs and excess material Use hand tools and power equipment to sharpen edges, smooth surfaces, and polish metal or plastic parts Study blueprints and work orders to understand product specs and tooling requirements Apply metalworking fluids and lubricants correctly during processes Inspect finished pieces using precision measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers Perform value-added tasks including packaging, cleaning, or degaussing components Safely lift and handle parts and containers weighing up to 40 pounds

What We’re Looking For:
