Position:

Assure Molds produce quality parts through: Preventative maintenance, maturation, repair, and tuning.

Daily troubleshooting Responsibilities include:

Work on daily activities as assigned by the Team Leader Respond to equipment / mold downtime and recovery issues Monitor equipment / mold for potential problems identification Perform quality & running efficiency improvements to the mold / tooling. Perform all phases of equipment troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems Perform scheduled preventative maintenance plans & activities Maintain COP of work area and department issued tools Observe and promote all department safety policies Quality confirmation of completed work Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

Minimum of three months experience in the mechanical and/or die mold maintenance field (including Co-op experience) preferred.

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED Desired skills: Application of engineering and manufacturing principles In-Depth understanding of manufacturing processes. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic 2D and 3D CAD tools. Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively both with customers and internal project teams.
