People who know how to turn conversations into contracts. We’re Make Cool Sh•t —a creative studio that builds brands for mavericks and misfits. Right now, we’re looking for a Sales Partner to help us scale—someone who can bring in bold, ambitious clients and help shape the next era of our studio. The role starts commission-only. That’s the trial. But the goal is to grow this into a full-time, salaried leadership role (with commission still layered in). You’ll have real upside from every deal closed—think $15K-$125K brand packages, creative retainers, and high-impact add-ons like websites, packaging, and content.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience selling creative, branding, or agency services Strong understanding of value-based selling Confidence working with founders, CMOs, and execs Ability to source and close your own leads

Bonus:

connections in fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, or CPG NYC metro is great, but remote is fine if you’re the right fit
