Hire Details:
Contract to Hire position
$21.00 to $24.00 /hour
Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 03:00am to 01:30am)
Set up, operate, and maintain woodworking machines (e.g., CNC routers, sanders, saws) to produce high-quality wood furniture components.
Perform machine calibration, tool changes, and routine cleaning to ensure consistent production cycles.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to verify product specifications and tolerances.
Train, guide, and oversee machinists and production team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Inspect in-process and finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process-related issues during the shift to minimize downtime.
Monitor production output, identify machine-related errors or defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Maintain accurate records of daily production, machine maintenance, approved product batches, and any quality concerns. 1st&2nd

Hire Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working with wood CNC machines is required Utilization of existing optimization ( HPO) software
Ability to integrate nested-based manufacturing where required
Capable of comprehending CAD/CAM programs, along with interfacing with the latest nesting software
Ability to program all CNC equipment as provided.
Proven experience as a machine operator Applicant may be subject to a background check
