Entry Level CNC Machinist Signal Machine Company 150 King Ct, New Holland, PA 17557 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in machining and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Entry Level Machinist will work under the supervision of experienced machinists, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for precision machining. Duties Operate and maintain various machining tools and equipment, including CNC machines, to produce high-quality parts. Assist in the setup of tooling and fixtures for machining operations. Perform basic programming tasks using and Fanuc systems. Conduct quality inspections of machined parts to ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with senior machinists to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in machining or 2-3 years experience in job shop setting. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Familiarity with tooling concepts and machining processes is preferred. Experience with CNC machines. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies in the field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. This position has a lot of upward potential for the right candiate.
