Chemical Packaging and Blending Associate:

Properly label products in chemical containers. Both hazardous and non-hazardous. Compile orders consisting of ½ gallon jugs, 5-gallon pails and up to 55-gallon drums of chemicals. Palletize, shrink wrap and secure orders for shipping. Ensure accuracy of orders shipping to customers. Follow filling procedures to fill containers ranging from ½ gallon bottles to 55-gallon drums. Operate scales and other measuring equipment. Exercise proper use of all protective equipment. What are we looking for? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required . 1 year of experience operating a forklift is preferred but will train. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to drive and operate a forklift Ability to maneuver drums weighing up to 500 pounds and lift containers weighing up to 80 pounds. Must be certified or be able to be certified to wear a respirator and follow all rules regarding respirator wear. Maintain a professional appearance and follow established safety standards.
