As a Capsule Operator , you’ll be in charge of the machines that produce filled capsules — a key step in the supplement manufacturing process. You’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring the equipment, and making sure everything is working smoothly. From adjusting the capsule fill weights to keeping accurate batch records, your job keeps production moving and ensures every capsule meets strict quality standards. What You’ll Be Doing Set up capsule filling equipment before each production run Feed machines with both capsule shells and powder, monitoring for accuracy and consistency Check capsule output to ensure proper fill weight and physical integrity Monitor and adjust machine settings to avoid weight variations or rejected capsules Collect and return excess powder using built-in vacuum systems Complete required documentation, including batch records and inspection forms Clean work area and equipment as needed throughout and after the shift Follow all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Communicate with team members and supervisors to report any issues or delays What Makes You a Good Fit You’ve worked in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operator role before (preferred but not required) You’re comfortable working with machines and following detailed instructions You can lift 50 lbs, push/pull heavy materials, and move around comfortably during your shift You’re organized and take documentation seriously — accuracy matters here You’re dependable, show up on time, and are ready to work every day You’re physically able to climb stairs and stand for extended periods You’re someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus High school diploma or GED required Why Work Here?
