Job Description
SMT Machine Operator 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Apopka, FL 32703 Electronic manufacturer in Apopka looking for an experience SMT Operator to join the team. Minimum 1 year experience as Machine Operator, SMT programming, or automated printer.

Starting at $20/hr
Hours:
6am-545pm , 4×10 shifts. M-TH Per company requirements, the SMT Operator shall: 1. Verify that all documentation is correct (Job number, part number, revision, etc.) 2. Verify that all SMT components match customer’s bill of materials (mfg part number, description, etc.) 3. Verify that all feeders loaded are in correct feeder location based on feeder listing. 4. Verify that all SMT placements are orientated to customer’s print. 5. Verify that QC has given approval to begin production. 6. Ensure that all reels swapped during production have been verified by another operator or by QC. 7. Ensure that all boards built are identical to first piece. 8. Ensure that proper handling is done for ESD sensitive components. 9. Ensure that during handling of boards, operator remains grounded. 10. Ensure that during transportation of boards, boards are secured in ESD safe trays. 11. Ensure that all chemicals and or liquids have MSDS labels. 12. Ensure that all hazardous material is disposed of properly. 13. Ensure that all maintenance is done on schedule. Minimum of 1 Yr. experience operating Surface Mount Technology Equipment. Education Minimum HS diploma.
