Mixing & Bottling Operations Lead – Liquid Supplement Manufacturing Liquid Labs Duluth, GA 30097 We’re seeking a Mixing & Bottling Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day production of our liquid supplement products. This is a hands-on role that will play a critical part in setting up, running, and scaling our manufacturing line. You’ll work directly with ownership and formulation consultants to bring products to life while ensuring all processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Operate, maintain, and clean mixing, blending, and bottling equipment. Manage ingredient preparation, batch mixing, and filling processes. Ensure cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards are consistently followed. Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and production data. Assist in developing and improving SOPs for production processes. Monitor inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies. Support startup activities like equipment setup, calibration, and facility layout. Collaborate with ownership to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and scale production. Experience 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably food, beverage, or supplements). Familiarity with mixing, batching, and bottling processes. Understanding of cGMP and sanitation protocols. Mechanically inclined and comfortable with equipment troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable working in a startup environment — adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented. Forklift certification or willingness to get certified is a plus. Spanish/English bilingual is a bonus (not required).
