In these roles, you will serve as a vital team player. Operating machines to ensure fibers are running correctly. Observe and detect any defects for quality control. Patrol assigned areas to ensure machines are running efficiently. Rotating shift work requiring you to work 12 hours per shift. Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand and walk the entire shift Ability to work with arms fully extended and in overhead locations Ability to climb, crouch, crawl and kneel to work on and around carding machine and spinning frames. Ability to lift and/ or move up to 15 pounds regularly, and 50 pounds occasionally. Experience/Education High School Diploma/GED 1 or more years of production experience Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities. Work Environment Textile Mill, requiring the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety glasses, safety cutting gloves, non-slip shoes. Job requirements Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening. A criminal background check will be required on applicants.
