Job Description:
Develop, optimize, and maintain surface finishing processes, including electroplating, electroless plating, and chemical etching, for semiconductor packaging products such as substrates. Optimize surface finish parameters to enhance adhesion, conductivity, corrosion resistance, and chemical stability. Ensure the consistency, purity, and proper composition of plating chemicals and solutions. Monitor, analyze, and control chemical bath compositions, pH levels, and additive concentrations to maintain plating process stability. Implement sustainable surface finishing processes by reducing hazardous chemical usage and optimizing wastewater treatment. Develop chemical waste treatment strategies to comply with environmental and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• 2 years of experience in surface finishing process optimization [How to Apply]
