Senior Graphic Arts Specialist Hours:
40hrs
Shift:
Day shift; working minor holidays; 7:00am – 3:30pm

Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Position reports to the Manager, Courier Services and Graphic Arts. Perform duties as assigned to support and in support of the Graphic Arts department within the scope of position. Complete Graphic Arts requests including, copying, printing, book production, business cards, envelopes, laminating, scoring, stapling, collating, padding, and gluing of ordered requests. Document service request in the Graphics Arts electronic Log. Responsible for ordering department supplies and invoicing Graphic Arts work requests. Provide maintenance on all Graphic Arts equipment. Complete Mail room responsibilities including sorting, bundling, and provide the correct mail barcode for all outgoing US mail, and place into the correct mail bins for presort vendor. Sort and distribute all inter-department mail. Monitor all Southcoast Mail accounts. Qualifications High School diploma or the equivalent combination of related knowledge and experience is required.
Three years of experience required.
Knowledge of SHG departments and key personnel preferred.
Previous experience with Graphic Arts and Mail Room preferred.
Good communication and telephone skills required.
Good computer skills preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment required.
One year experience required. Knowledge of SHG departments and key personnel preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the

Compensation:
