Shredder Operator Premiere Staffing Services INC Greenfield, MA 01301 General Laborer – Scrap Metal Recycling Facility (Greenfield, MA) $18/hour | Potential to earn $20/hour upon hire Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Premiere Staffing Services Inc. is now hiring motivated General Laborers for a leading scrap metal recycling facility in Greenfield, MA. We’re looking for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors year-round and are ready to be part of a dynamic and essential operation.
Job Responsibilities:
Shredder Position:
Operate shredder machine Shovel and clean up metal debris Assist in sorting various scrap metals
Ferrous Yard Position:
Monitor machines and equipment Sort and categorize ferrous (magnetic) metal materials Operate skid steers (if certified or trained) General yard labor and shoveling
Requirements:
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift, shovel, and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be reliable and safety-conscious
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Pay:
$18.00/hour Eligible to earn up to $20.00/hour once hired on permanently Monthly bonus opportunities based on performance Comprehensive benefits offered by upon hire.
