Eastman Cutting Machine Operators – Supervisory Experience Helpful / Not Mandatory

Northwest Boulevard, Gastonia, NC 28052 We provide in-house training – no experience necessary for most positions! We are hiring full-time FIRST shift employees for our climate-controlled manufacturing facility located in Gastonia, NC, just off I-85 at exit 14. We offer 40 hours per week + overtime and $17 to $20 per hour based on experience. Pay commensurate with experience and abilities on certain positions. Performance review and pay increase after 90 days.

Positions include:

• Vinyl fabricators
• Quality control

• Willing to work overtime at our busiest times of the year (May-Sept)
• Good attendance track record
• Fast learner with retention abilities
• Excellent communication skills
