Embroidery Machine Operator Hall Pass LLC Greensboro, NC Job Details Part-time $16 – $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Embroidery machine operator experience Mentoring Garment construction Entry level Full Job Description We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to manage production using our Ricoma EM1010 embroidery machine. This role includes handling both bulk orders and one-of-a-kind custom pieces for a growing apparel brand. In addition to operating the machine, you’ll help train an apprentice to support future production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the Ricoma EM1010 embroidery machine to complete orders with accuracy and speed. Manage and monitor multiple embroidery runs, including thread changes, tension adjustments, and design execution. Maintain machine cleanliness and troubleshoot issues as needed. Collaborate on custom designs and ensure orders meet quality standards. Train and support an apprentice operator on machine basics and workflow. Track completed orders and communicate supply needs.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience operating commercial embroidery machines (Ricoma preferred). Strong attention to detail and understanding of thread types, backings, and design files (DST, PES). Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. Previous experience training or mentoring is a plus.

Compensation:
