Knitting Machine Operators needed in the High Point area!

Shift & Pay:

M-F 8am-4:30pm $18.00

Responsibilies:

• Operate and attend knitting machines for production, as well as maintain and troubleshoot as required
• Read and interpret work orders, specifications, quality requirements, and operating procedures.
• Ensure all machines run at full capacity and meet product specifications.
• Set up machines according to required specifications.
• Inspect products for defects in an organized and timely manner.
• Investigate machine issues by assessing symptoms, observing performance, and conducting tests.
• Resolve identified problems by replacing faulty components, adjusting settings, or making necessary structural fixes.
• Document repair work to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Conduct product quality inspections to verify compliance with product standards.
• Assemble boxes and count materials as required.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and update records in NetSuite.
• Conduct regular inspections, adjustments, and part replacements to prevent mechanical failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance by inspecting, adjusting, and replacing machine parts.
• Complete repair and maintenance logs and order parts as required.
• Participate in cross-training to support other production areas and warehouse where needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following safety protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.
