Work Hours:
Sunday-Thursday 10:00 pm-6:00 am
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate slitter machines to convert large rolls of label stock into finished products per specifications
- Inspect materials for quality and consistency throughout the run
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure accurate slitting and minimal waste
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with production team to meet deadlines and production goals
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform routine maintenance checks Working hours: 10:00 PM

AM Skills:
- Experience in a label manufacturing or print production environment
- Familiarity with slitting different materials (paper, film, foil, etc.)
- Understanding of web tension, unwind/rewind systems, and core sizes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology …
- Forklift certification or experience operating pallet jacks and similar equipment
- Experience with computerized production systems or ERP software
Education:
No Degree Required Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating slitter machines, rewinders, or similar converting equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret job orders, production schedules, and measurement tools (calipers, rulers, micrometers)
- Basic math skills and comfort with measurements and tolerances
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality
