Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join our team in a fast-paced metal-expanding manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid work history, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on machine operating experience. The ability to accurately read a tape measure is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor metal expanding machinery safely and efficiently Perform machine setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting Measure and inspect materials to ensure specifications are met using tape measures and other tools Follow production schedules and maintain accurate production records Conduct regular quality checks and report defects or malfunctions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical background is required Proven machine operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure Stable work history with demonstrated dependability and punctuality Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
