Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of Engineered Wood production crews, which includes, but is not limited to safety, product quality, department workflow and manpower utilization, communication and administering company policies and procedures.
Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement. Requires a strong commitment to and passion for safety and achieving a zero incident goal.

Duties:
- Cuts product to specifications
- Build loads for delivery
- Load and unload lumber and building supplies
- Keeps lumber yard clean, well-organized and safe
- Ability to read and comprehend documents such as policy and procedure manuals, write routine reports and/or correspondence, speak and present in front of a small group
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions and deal with issues involving concrete variables and standardized situations
- Load/Unload trucks and make sure each delivery/inbound order or customer pick up is 100% accurate
- Ability to lift 50 to 100lbs consistently
- Ability to work overtime on short notice including evenings and weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills required
- General knowledge of hand/power tools
- Ability to complete training requirements on assigned equipment (forklifts, tools, scan guns, tape measures and all required paperwork
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to work on your own or as a team concept without causing issues or disharmony to the team
- Ability to follow rules and directions set by team leads, supervisors and/or manager.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree
- 1 to 3 years related experience or training with lumber yard/engineered wood products
- Forklift qualified
- Solid understanding of WMS-RFN.

- Must be clean.

Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am until Daily Schedule is completed, Occasional Weekends.
