Converting Operator CoWorx Staffing Services Brentwood, NH 03833 CoWorx has an exciting new opportunity for Converting Operators in the Brentwood, New Hampshire area.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and tend machines that extrude and coat flat films from synthetic materials. Set up and operate production equipment, including blown film extruders, silicone coaters, and slitter/rewinders. Work both independently and with a team to meet and exceed customers’ specifications and timeframes.

Requirements:

Operation Monitoring

• The ability to watch gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Operations
• The ability to control operations of equipment or systems. Controls
• The ability to adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to precise positions. Detect Problems
• The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem. Problem Solving
• Identifying problems and reviewing related information to troubleshoot or to alert supervisor. Coordination
• The ability of fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
