Fragrance filling and assembly MicroBeaute Eatontown, NJ 07724 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic (women owned and operated) team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are assembled accurately and efficiently. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Duties Assemble components and parts according to specifications on the assembly line. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and forklifts to fabricate and assemble products. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory environment. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues during assembly. Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
