Summary We are seeking a Davenport Machining Setup / Manager to run our machining operations. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up machines, troubleshooting, managing production, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading a team of skilled machinists. This position is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence in precision manufacturing. Responsibilities Manage daily machining operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Supervise and mentor machinists, providing guidance on best practices. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
