Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift – Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
Compensation & Benefits:

- Paid holidays Activity Summary Operates machine; pull parts and inspects them against established quality criteria; counts parts and packs them into boxes according to the Product Inspection Criteria Sheet; labels boxes and initials them with date, shift and their initials; places boxes on the skids per the Product Inspection Criteria Sheet and places scrap in Gaylord and attaches appropriate regrind ticket.
Puller
- Responsible for removing parts from in-line machines.
- Responsible for stacking in required amounts for boxing.
- Responsible for inspecting parts to product inspection criteria sheet.
- Completes in-process inspection and measurement sheets with samples (as required) and turns into the Quality Department at shift end.
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned by the shift manager. Packer
- Making boxes.
- Responsible for ensuring count is correct.
- Responsible for labeling of each box with initials, dates, and shift.
- Responsible for loading boxes onto correct skid.
- Responsible for removing excess scrap material from rewinder and place in Gaylord.
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned by the shift manager. Operator
- Responsible for correctly labeling scrap box per re-grind/scrap procedures.
- Responsible for loading new supply rolls.
- Responsible for completing required shop paperwork for each roll including correct count on number of skids that are completed.
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and orderly.
- Starting and stopping of machinery (Thermoformer, Unwinder and Stacker).
- Loading rolls on Unwinder
- Running rolls back-to-back.
- Complete any other duties that may be assigned by the shift manager. Physical Requirements
- Stand continuously for 7.5 hours daily
- Constantly twist at waist and reach with arms
- Lift boxes, that are on average 20lbs, 4-5 times per hour, max weight 50lbs
- Squat while lifting boxes 20-40 times per hour
- Pick up and deposit scrap material that’s on average 20lbs into gaylords Environmental Conditions
- Non-climate controlled
- General warehousing dust particles
