Job Description:

As a dough and crème mixer, you are responsible for accurately weighing and mixing ingredients, insuring that all batches are mixed & sheeted in accordance with the scheduled time-frame, recording information such as temperatures, codes, times and weights, and keeping the mixing area/equipment clean and in acceptable condition at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Occasionally move pallets weighing up to 2,500lbs. with pallet jack
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use stairs, and reach
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures
• Be able to work in a fast
• paced environment
• Must be able available to work weekends
