Our focus is on providing unparalleled surface protection with our premium casters and wheels. We offer a rewarding four-day work week (Monday to Thursday), with each day comprising a 10-hour first shift starting at 6:00 am.
Position Overview:
Thermal Molding Machine Specialist Location:
Export, PA Join us in creating exceptional products by converting raw materials into premium final results. Utilize your precise weighing and measuring skills to operate cutting-edge thermal presses.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct safety preflight examinations and adhere to 5S practices for a tidy work environment. Efficiently oversee the operation of 3-5 presses per set. Demonstrate prowess in quality control measures. Accurately log production data into our ERP system.
Daily Responsibilities:
Interpret and execute the production schedule meticulously. Strive to exceed standardized performance benchmarks. Manage press operations skillfully. Analyse and record production and scrap statistics. Perform regular quality assurance checks. Examine finished wheels for defects; sort as needed. Smooth out raised mold lines as applicable. Classify molded wheels by part number. Conclude shift duties following 5S practices. Adhere to all company policies and protocols. Carry out additional duties as instructed.
Qualifications:
Endurance to stand/walk for ten-hour shifts, four days weekly. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Basic literacy and comprehension skills. Familiarity with Epicor is advantageous, though not essential. Proficient in fundamental computer skills.
Educational Requirements:
Completion of high school education or equivalent is essential.
You are proficient in:
Troubleshooting prowess. Deburring expertise. Mathematical competence for shop operations.
