Injection Mold Setter Shift:

1st Shift – (7:45am -4:15pm)

Location:

Greer, SC Responsibilities :

Minimum of 2 years’experience in injection molding field Trained in the use of anoverhead crane Works according to HSE requirements (LOTO,cleaning…) and promote safety mindset on day-to-day basis Ensuressafety and security conditions are kept in order within theinjection area, alerts management in case of any non-conformity ordeviance Undertakes changeovers in accordance with the productionplanning Ensure quality control plan is followed, first off/lastoff samples, weight check, process parameters etc. Perform toolchanges take place within time, completing all appropriatepreparatory work in accordance with the SMED work instructionsConduct the identified manufacturing checks to the specifiedcontrol plan Ensure any process amendments are recorded Firstresponse to process failures and ensures any breakdowns in process,tools or equipment are adequately communicated throughout theinjection team Works with other departments to support and solvejoint problems – paint, assembly. May program robots or leadinjection robots programmers Ensures good 5S within the injectiondepartment

Qualifications:

Must have a clear understanding ofinjection molding processes Basic skills as reading, writing andmath Must have good problem-solving skills Must be able to workovertime to support vacation and call-out coverage. Desire to workwithin a fast-paced team environment Withstand exposure to noise,dust and heat
