Responsibilities:

• Fire restoration includes board up, structure stabilization, smoke cleaning, and pack out.
• Water restoration includes extraction, drying, minor demolition, and pack out.
• Mold remediation
• Selective demo
• Content cleaning and manipulation
• Daily documentation of job progress, moisture monitoring, progress photos.
• Communication with project manager on job changes and progress.
• Drive a company vehicle to job sites.
• Maintain job site and vehicle cleanliness. Qualifications
• Prior work experience in construction, construction management and/or insurance restoration industry a plus
• On call rotation for new emergency calls
• Weekends and nights
• Able and willing to work overtime for emergency response situations.
• Able to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Provide outstanding customer satisfaction and work well as a team.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license. Clean background check required
