Job Summary:

As a CNC Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of CNC press brake machines to fabricate parts according to blueprints and specifications. The ideal candidate has prior experience in set-ups, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and part drawings Select appropriate tooling, dies, and material for each job Perform quality checks and inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and minimize scrap Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating and setting up CNC press brake machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Familiarity with a variety of metals (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and computer skills #
