Role:

As a Print Finishing Operator, you will work under minimal supervision, responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and executing jobs with print finishing needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Operating various bindery/finishing devices such as laminating, coil binding, perfect binding and folding equipment. Finishing large format print pieces, including posters and banner stands. Shrink-wrapping Preparing packages for shipment Complete assigned work using documented processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Notify supervisor promptly of equipment failures or operational issues. Complete all job tracking paperwork and/or input work data into systems accurately. Recommend process improvements and implement them under the supervisor’s discretion. Follow security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information. Perform additional duties as required to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Previous experience in print operations is required. The pay rate for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered
