We’re a small but passionate team, and we’re looking for a dedicated Press Assistant to help us keep things running smoothly. Position Overview As a Press Assistant, you’ll play a key support role in our production process, working directly with our press operators to ensure efficient, high-quality print jobs. This is a hands-on, physical position that’s perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and tearing down jobs on both manual and automatic screen printing presses
• Load and unload garments on the press
• Help mix and prepare inks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the press area and equipment
• Inspect prints for quality and consistency
• Fold, count, and box finished garments
• Communicate effectively with the press operator and production team Qualifications
• Prior experience in screen printing is a plus but not required—willing to train the right person
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
