Here’s what you’d do: Operate and maintain MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment, including setup, and operation of equipment, including minor troubleshooting
Perform SMT production tasks, including component placement, soldering, and inspection
Ensure high-quality production by following established procedures and guidelines
Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Under limited supervision, responsible for moderately complex Surface Mount manufacturing processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly.
Performs semi-routine SMT, Inspection, and AOI equipment set-up, operation, and adjustment, and utilizes other Surface Mount Technology equipment such as X-RAY, Stencil Printing Here’s what you’ll get:

Job Requirements Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an SMT Operator, with a focus on MyCronic or Universal Fuzion pick and place equipment.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SMT production processes, including component placement, soldering, and inspection
Minimum 2 years of machine operator experience
Minimum 2 years of experience with machine shop equipment
Minimum 2 years of experience with Blueprint Reading
Minimum 2 years of experience with IPC-A-61 and

IPC-J-STD

Minimum 2 years of experience with

Tools/Technology Preferred Skills:

Associate Degree
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
Must be able to read and write English
