The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laminate countertop and fixture wall construction and fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various materials. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Fabricate components using various materials such as MDF, PB and laminate. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential. Skills in countertop fabrication are highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
