Duties and Responsibilities:

Build prefabricated structures using carpentry and general construction skills Paint and finish work as needed Utilize measuring and cutting tools, drills, rivets, and caulking Journeyman experience in electrical or plumbing is a plus Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints is a plus

Requirements and Qualifications:

Attention to detail Ability to multitask Dependability Verbal communication Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions Two or more years handyman or related experience Able to work occasional overtime and other shifts Must be a team player and treat coworkers with respect Regular and reliable attendance is expected

Physical/Mental Demand:

Manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance are required. Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and turn. Mental alertness to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities. Ability to learn new tasks and procedures. Ability to reach and to lift materials weighing up to 45 lbs.
