OasisGroupPA.com As we continue to grow and expand, we need experienced Shop Assemblers to manufacture the beautiful gazebos, pavilions, and pergolas. And, we need Field Crew Installers to bring those outdoor escapes to life. If you are a carpentry artist with muscle, skill and pride, then check out these two (2) positions where you wouldn’t be just a laborer. Some key and essential duties will be:

• You’ve got solid carpentry skills
• You know your way around tools, saws, and tape measures
• Love the smell of fresh cut lumber, stained wood, and plumber’s glue
• Collaborate with your crew to bring someone’s backyard dream to life
• Take pride in a clean site, a job well done, and built right the first time A background in carpentry (of at least 3+ years), with general knowledge of framing, siding, windows/doors, & roofing is required.

A strong commitment to quality, safety, and craftmanship is needed. What to

Expect:

• Assemblers will work indoors in a controlled production environment. Following prints and work orders to exacting detail.
• Installers work outside (rain, sun or snow) building dreams one backyard at a time.

Travel is required. 1-3 days overnight is common during April thru Sept. Very limited otherwise throughout the year. And a pay increase of +$10/hr is added for overnight work!
