If you share that vision, come join our team! Job Summary The Service Foreman will lead and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Oversee the diagnostic of the customer vehicle, scheduling of repair, and ensuring timely completion of repair. Supervisory Responsibilities Trains and manages production employees on assigned shifts. Oversee the daily workflow and assignments of production. Provides constructive and timely feedback of all technician’s workflow and productivity. Responsibilities Ensure productivity by assigning tickets by experience and competencies of technicians. Oversee production operations of technicians and workflow of tickets. Maintains knowledge of processes, equipment, and training. Ensure employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures. Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly. Recruit and attract technicians as needed with partnership with supervisor. Must be regular and predictable in attendance. Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers and supervisors. Must uphold company policies, including anti-harassment program. Must conduct yourself in a professional manner when in Southland uniform. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery. Excellent supervisor and leadership skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs. Education and Experience GED, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
